The Company
Behind the Cylinder
Canada oxygen-compressor-cylinder-filling Co., Ltd is a Richmond, BC hydraulic cylinder company connecting North American and Australian equipment manufacturers with factory-grade, ISO 9001-certified hydraulic cylinders — engineered to spec, documented for compliance, and supplied with the accountability your procurement team expects.
Why We Exist
—
and Who We Built This For
Canada oxygen-compressor-cylinder-filling Co., Ltd was founded on a straightforward observation: North American and Australian equipment manufacturers were paying premium prices for hydraulic cylinders that weren’t demonstrably better than what factory-direct supply could provide — and they were doing it while accepting longer lead times, inconsistent quality documentation, and account management spread across inconvenient time zones.
We are based in Richmond, BC, three hours from the US border and within morning-overlap reach of Australian east coast business hours. Our role is to act as a technically capable, accountable supply partner for customers who need more than a price list — customers who need engineering support, compliance documentation, and a contact person who responds in the same business day.
Our manufacturing partners operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems with a combined annual capacity exceeding 200,000 hydraulic cylinder units. Production is carried out on 200+ CNC machines with automated assembly lines and robotic welding stations — not artisan fabrication, but precision industrial manufacturing at scale.
Every cylinder we supply is pressure-tested at a minimum of 1.5× its rated working pressure before shipment. This is not a sampling programme — it applies to every individual unit. Test reports are issued with every shipment, alongside ISO 9001 manufacturing certificates and CE declarations of conformity. For customers with specific import or engineering documentation requirements, material test certificates are available on request.
Ra 0.2–0.4 μm
Bore surface finish achieved by CNC rolling — the tolerance range that maximises seal life and minimises internal leakage across the cylinder’s full service life.
7–15 days
Standard lead time for catalogue cylinders. Custom engineering configurations typically ship in 20–35 days depending on complexity and tooling requirements.
Certificeringen
Bore range available across standard and custom cylinder families. Stroke lengths up to 6,000 mm on standard profiles — longer on engineered-to-order designs.
3,000PSI
Standard rated pressure (207 bar) across most catalogue grades. Test pressure is 6,000 PSI minimum — confirmed by factory pressure test report issued with every shipment.
01
Documented Quality — Not Just a Claim
ISO 9001, CE, and GS certifications. Pressure test report with every shipment. Material certificates on request. We don’t ask you to trust us — we give you the paperwork to verify.
02
Engineering Support That Actually Helps
Submit drawings, samples, or specs. We return a DFM-reviewed quote within 24 hours — not a form acknowledgement. Custom bore, stroke, seal type, mounting, and surface treatment are all specifiable.
03
Timelines You Can Plan Around
Every quote includes a confirmed lead time. We communicate proactively if anything changes. Our Richmond, BC office operates in PST with morning overlap into Australian east coast markets.
03
Scale Without Compromise
200,000+ units annually. Orders from 10 to 10,000 units. OEM packaging, private label, and assembly-line supply programmes available for manufacturers with ongoing volume requirements.
